These terms govern use of the Metric Canvas Grid website and inquiries related to our metric design advisory services for early-stage mobile products.

1. Acceptance
By accessing metriccanvasgrid.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client engagement until both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.
2. Services described
Content on this site describes professional advisory engagements such as metric canvas design, instrumentation reviews, workshops, and retention audits. Descriptions are informational. Scope, fees, and deliverables are confirmed only in a signed proposal.
3. Intellectual property
Website text, visual design, and brand marks belong to Metric Canvas Grid unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site materials without prior written consent. Client deliverables created under a paid engagement are governed by the applicable proposal; typically, clients receive a licence to use the metric canvas and related documents for their internal product work.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
5. No professional guarantee
Metric design advice depends on information you provide and on decisions your team makes after handoff. We do not guarantee specific product, revenue, or retention outcomes. Implementation of instrumentation remains your responsibility unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Metric Canvas Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the proposal.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed engagement agreement.
